YOUR JOB

  • Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for the area of autonomous mobile robots from mechanics to software in accordance with company goals. 
  • Ensuring the safety of autonomous systems by complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Alignments and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. 
  • Further development, structuring and disciplinary and technical leadership of the AMR development team. 
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs and expactations of the market.
  • Responsible for budgeting and ensuring cost-effective use of resources. 

YOUR KNOWLEDGE

  • A completed degree in mechatronics, robotics, computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of expierience in the development and implementation of mechatronic systems, ideally in management positions.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams and effectively communicating vision and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Expierience in developing and implementing long-term strategies for technology-driven areas.
Salary at least from € 5.500,-  gross according to the KV IT; on a full-time basis. Willingness to overpay, according to qualification and professional experience.
