In June 2021, international investment firm, The Carlyle Group, signed an agreement to invest in AGILOX. As part of the transaction, Carlyle and the previous investor, Raiffeisen Invest Private Equity Group, are providing significant growth capital for further international expansion and the development of new products. The entry of the Carlyle Group as an investor enables AGILOX to further expand its leading role as a global technology leader in the field of Autonomous Mobile Robots.

2009

From now on we write history

With the INTREST OG in Linz, Austria, specialized in consulting and industrial IT services for automated intralogistics, we lay the foundation for our success story.

2011

One becomes two

Two companies emerge from the INTREST OG: INTREST Services GmbH and INTREST Software GmbH, in order to implement projects as a general contractor.

2017

INTREST becomes AGILOX

At the beginning of the year, the company is reorganized into AGILOX Services GmbH and AGILOX Systems GmbH. The market launch of AGILOX follows shortly thereafter.

2019

International Growth

With the founding of AGILOX North America Inc. based in Georgia, we pursue our goal of further scaling.
