

After an intensive training phase, you will be responsible for active customer support from the sales phase to the
start-up of the system.
YOUR JOB
- Active support and further development of customer relationships
- Commissioning of our autonomous transport systems
- Customer support and ongoing maintenance of systems
- Technical project management
- Cooperation with hardware engineering and assembly
- Service and maintaining AGILOX products
- Perform customer operation/product trainings
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical training/ Bachelor degree at apprenticeship in computer science /computer science software
programming - At least 5-8 years’ experience at system software commissioning/ preferred AGV or AMR business
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and high willingness to perform
- Excellent planning and organizational skills Result and solution orientation as well as networked thinking
- Quick comprehension and a precise way of working
- Very good IT user skills- Business fluent English skills written and oral
- Engaged, can work under pressure, reliable, with team spirit, can work independently
- Negotiation skills, communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel (approx. 90%)
- Driving License
